Blues Brothers Mural

Not too far from the Old Joliet Prison, former home of incarcerated Joliet Jake of Blues Brothers fame, you’ll find a giant mural celebrating the 1980 film.

Jake, Elwood, and the Bluesmobile are depicted on the side of a Joliet auto parts store.

The mural, appropriately painted in shades of blue, is a fun stop for Blues Brothers fans and Route 66 travellers alike.
