If you’re in need of a good old bacon and eggs breakfast, and you love vintage diners, then Keedy's is the place for you.
We always sit on those glorious green bar stools at that happy yellow counter. But if that’s not your thing, the vintage yellow laminate tables will make you just as happy. And they have a cute little patio if fresh air is your thing.
Inside, look for all the framed ephemera on the walls, from vintage sheet music pertaining to the desert, to news clippings of mid-century star sightings in the Coachella Valley.
If you’re lucky, someone will order a milkshake while you’re sitting at the counter, as watching one being made, the old-fashioned way, is like watching a (very fast) artist at work.
Keedy’s, since 1957, is an adorable nostalgic blast from the past. Try to go on a weekday as there is usually a wait on the weekends.
