Located in downtown Palm Springs, the walk of stars is a variation on the hollywood walk of fame theme.
It features an eclectic mix of internationaal stars, local celebrities and “ who on earth is that” - luckily they have an app, so you can check the pedigree of unfamiliar names and search the location of your favourite personalities star..
Since 1992 more than 450 “golden palm stars" have been dedicated on and around Palm Canyon Drive, the Cities main thoroughfare.
Recent additions to the roster include many of the architects who helped make Palm Springs midcentury marvelous. The architect stars are all located near each other around the cities Design and Architecture Museum.
