Fosters Freeze has been a California institution since the 1940’s.
Their celebrity claim to fame is that the Beach Boys wrote the song “fun fun fun” about a girl in a T-bird they saw at Fosters Freeze!
That vintage neon sign caught our eye at this location, not to mention their mascot, a smiling ice cream cone named Little Foster.
This location has seen better days with the canvas awnings slightly shredded, but the sign is worth a stop
Also, we took one for the team and tried a milkshake while we were there - deeeeeelicious!
